Members of Asteria.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Objectives<\/b><\/h2>\n

To fund activities aimed at the study or dissemination of myths and Myth Criticism.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Conditions<\/b><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • A minimum of three years of Asteria membership.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Current on membership dues.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Applicants are limited to one grant application every 24 months.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. Evaluation Criteria<\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Direct relation to Asteria’s objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Feasibility, relevance, innovation.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Clear benefits for Asteria.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      5. Commitments<\/b><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Explicitly mention Asteria in the activity carried out: inclusion of the logo on informational posters, in event presentations, acknowledgements, and explicit reference in published research papers, at conferences, seminars, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Submission of invoices.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Documentary justification (certificate of conference completion, photographs of the activity, certificate of research stay, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Submission of a final report (maximum 500 words).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        6. Grant Types and Application Deadlines<\/b><\/h2>\n

        Asteria will reimburse event or activity invoices up to the stipulated maximum. Applicable taxes (15%) will be deducted from the stated amount. The number and amount of grants awarded will depend on Asteria’s budgetary availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

        6.1. Publications<\/b><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • The grant can be requested as financial assistance.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • A maximum of 700 euros will be awarded.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • The procedure is as follows:<\/span><\/li>\n
            \n
          • a) Submission of an abstract of the volume or article to be published.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • b) Submission of a financial project, including a budget or a pro forma invoice.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • c) Co-financing of expenses by other organisations will be highly valued.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • d) Applications will be accepted throughout May, with resolution in June.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n

            6.2. Research Stays<\/b><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Travel, accommodation, registration fees.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • A maximum of 500 euros will be awarded.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • The procedure is as follows:<\/span><\/li>\n
                \n
              • a) Submission of the project proposal (maximum 1000 words), specifying the theme, methodology, objectives, activity timeline, and plans for dissemination and publication of results.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • b) Submission of a documented budget for the requested concept.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • c) Applications will be accepted throughout May, with resolution in June, for stays taking place within the following 12 months.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n

                6.3. Conferences and Seminars<\/b><\/h3>\n

                <\/b><\/p>\n

                Organisation<\/b><\/h4>\n
                  \n
                • Grants may be requested to cover speaker fees, speaker travel and accommodation, venue rental, and other organisational needs (poster design, materials, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n
                • A maximum of 400 euros will be awarded.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • The procedure is as follows:<\/span><\/li>\n
                    \n
                  • a) Submission of an application with a project explanation (maximum 500 words).<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • b) Submission of a budget or pro forma invoice.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • c) Two calls for applications:<\/span><\/li>\n
                      \n
                    • Activities held from January to June: Applications will be accepted until November 30 of the previous year, with resolution in December-January.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Activities held from July to December: Applications will be accepted until May 31, with resolution in June.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Participation<\/b><\/h4>\n
                        \n
                      • Grants may be requested to cover transportation, accommodation, or registration fees.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • A maximum of 250 euros will be awarded.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • The procedure is as follows:<\/span><\/li>\n
                          \n
                        • a) Submission of the acceptance of the communication and the programme, including the title of the presentation. Funding will only be provided to participants with accepted communication.<\/span><\/li>\n
                        • b) Submission of an invoice or budget.<\/span><\/li>\n
                        • c) Two calls for applications:<\/span><\/li>\n
                            \n
                          • Activities held from January to June: Applications will be accepted until November 30 of the previous year, with resolution in December-January.<\/span><\/li>\n
