From 26 to 30 October 2026, at the Complutense University of Madrid, we will hold the 9th International Conference on Myth Criticism, with the aim of reflecting on the relationship between myth and woman, from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
The deadline for submitting proposals through the form available on the conference website is 15 May 2026. Presentations may be delivered in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Catalan. The format will be hybrid—both online and in person. A selection of papers will later be published in Amaltea. Journal of Myth Criticism, nos. 19 (2027), 20 (2028), and 21 (2029). We are also in contact with two internationally renowned publishers for the publication of a selected set of articles.
